Classic
Vee-Dub will not accept any returns without a Return
Authorisation (RA) number. |

Requests
for RA numbers must be made within 48 hours of the
invoice date. |
| 3. |
RA
numbers a valid for 15 days. |
| 4. |
All
opened, non-defective returns will be charged a 15%
restocking fee. |
| 5. |
The
customer must prepay shipping costs before non-defective
items are returned. |
| 6. |
Faulty
items will only be replaced or refunded if they are
returned within 15 days of the invoice date. |
| 7. |
Electrical
items will not be accepted for return or replacement. |
| 8. |
If
an item is to be replaced or returned with in 15 days
of the invoice date the full product must be returned. |
| 9. |
All
non-defective opened returns are subject to a 15%
restocking fee. |
| 10. |
An
item can only be returned or replaced if it is returned
in an "as new" condition, in original packaging
and with all manuals and accessories included. |
